Daily Sakal Nasik edition dated 24.4.03, reporting about the Sinnar taluka co-ordination committee meeting states that the Sinnar MLA Mr. Manikrao Kokate stated in the meeting that due to commissioning of Regional water supply schemes in the taluka 35 villages have been freed from water tankers. He also stated that for other regional schemes by spending 16 to 17 crores , 40 more villages can be freed from tankers.
